Arrest warrants for Nawaz Sharif children
Breaking news Islamabad (Newz247) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has on Tuesday appeared in front of AC (accountability court) in Islamabad.
The AC judge Muhammad Bashir heard three references documented against Sharif family by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for having resources past their known sources of salary, including London flats and Azizia Steel Mills.
In the proceeding, Nawaz Sharif enlightened the court regarding his wife Kulsoom Nawaz’s illness to which the judge enabled him to go.
The court while summoning the Sharif family on October issued bailable arrest warrants of the former PM’s children Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz, Maryam Nawaz and his son-in-law Captain (r) Safdar.
The court order those to submit the surety bond of Rs1 million each.
The court also declared to accuse Nawaz Sharif on the next hearing on October 2.
Nawaz Sharif, his children Hussain and Hassan Nawaz, daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt. (r)Safdar was summoned by the court in London flats reference. The court has additionally summoned Nawaz Sharif Hussain and Hassan Nawaz in the Azizia Steel Mills reference.
Sharif family had unsuccessful to appear before the court on September 19, 2017. The accountability court has issued new summons against the Sharif family for their appearance in front of the court.
