North Korea has conducted his sixth nuclear test, claims Japan’s foreign minister.
‘Government confirms that North Korea conducted a sixth nuclear test after confirming information from the weather agency and other information,’ Taro Kono told media.
The claim somehow proves right as seismologists also detected a tremor in the area where the tests are supposed to be conducted.
The tremor was detected a few hours later after Kim Jong-un was seen with what is being considered a new prototype hydrogen bomb.
The North Korean state media claimed that the device could be loaded on a Ballistic missile too.
South-Korean officials told media that the tests were conducted in Kilju County, where the nuclear site of North Korea is situated.
